A creative studio dedicated to animation and moving images.
Hidden Sentence is a studio focused on animation and moving images. Its works have been selected by more than forty international film festivals, including Annecy International Animation Film Festival. The studio works across animated advertising, art films, music videos and exhibition moving images.
With distinctive visual language and narrative methods, we create recognizable content for brands and artistic projects. Our practice includes stylized animation, 2D animation, frame-by-frame drawing, collage and compositing, preserving a dreamy and urban sensibility.

Director Bio
Lei Lei, female, graduated from China Academy of Art with a master's degree majoring in humanistic animation. She analyzes phenomena in daily life from the perspective of society and groups, and uses symbols to dismantle and reconstruct animated images.
Her works have been selected by international film festivals such as Annecy International Film Festival and Raindance Film Festival, and won the Best Animation in Porto Women's Film Festival, the Labo Prize in Animatou Animation Film Festival, and the Nowness Ecological Honor.
